- 3 lb. red potatoes
- 2 c. dry cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. onions, sauteed
- 1 1/2 to 2 heads cabbage
- 6 c. flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- dash of salt
Directions

1Cook peeled and cubed potatoes in water until soft.

2Drain water, but save for dough.

3Mash potatoes and add 2 cups of dry cottage cheese and 1/2 cup sauteed onions.

4Mix together and refrigerate to cool.
