- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cream cake mix, butter, vanilla and orange juice; add eggs, 1 at a time.

3Beat mixture 4 minutes. Drain oranges and add to batter.

4Beat only until blended.

5Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake 30 minutes.

7Cool and frost with Pig Icing.
