- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil or 1/4 c. Wesson oil and 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
- 1 large can drained crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Combine cake mix, oil, vanilla, eggs and mandarin oranges and then mix.

2Bake in 4 layers at 325° for 15 minutes or until done. Layers will be thin.

3Sprinkle pudding onto Cool Whip.

4Fold in nuts and pineapple.

5Frost cake (after layers are cool).

6Store in a cool place.
