- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cloves (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- whipped cream to garnish
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Prepare pie crust.

3In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat pumpkin with all other ingredients (not whipped cream) until well mixed.

4Place pie plate on oven rack and pour pumpkin pie mixture into pie crust.

5Bake 15 minutes.

6Turn oven down to 350° and bake 35 minutes or until filling is set.

7Let cool.

8Top with whipped cream.
