- 1 c. milk
- 2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- melted margarine
Directions

1Heat milk and margarine until very warm (130°).

2In large bowl blend warm liquid, 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, yeast and egg on low speed.

3Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes Stir in enough flour to form soft dough.

4Knead until smooth and elastic.

5Place in greased bowl; let rise until double, 45 to 60 minutes.

6Punch down.
