- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can Carnation milk
- 1 small pimento pepper
- 1 egg
Directions

1Beat egg well.

2Grate the cheese and add to egg.

3Pour in 3/4 can of milk.

4Mash pimento and add to mixture.

5Stir well.

6Cook over slow fire, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.

7Pour into small bowl and allow to cool.

8Cover with clear wrap to refrigerate.
