- 4 oz. jar pimentos
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tsp. sugar

3Mix all ingredients.

4Refrigerate.

5The pimento cheese is better if made a day ahead.

6If stiff when ready to use, add mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon at a time, to make mixture easy to spread.
