  • 16 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces, weight Jarred Pimentos
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar and mayo.

    Drain pimentos and chop them into very small pieces.

    Add pimentos, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder into the cheese mixture and mix well.

    Refrigerate in an airtight container.
