- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 4 oz. diced pimento (I drain it)
- about 4 oz. sweet pickle relish
Directions

1Place milk and cheese (chopped up) in top of double boiler. Heat until melted.

2Add pimento and pickle relish.

3Can be served hot as a dip.

4Refrigerate until firm to spread for sandwiches.
