Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 4 oz. diced pimento (I drain it)
  • about 4 oz. sweet pickle relish

Directions

    Place milk and cheese (chopped up) in top of double boiler. Heat until melted.

    Add pimento and pickle relish.

    Can be served hot as a dip.

    Refrigerate until firm to spread for sandwiches.
