  • 1/2 c. dry curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimentos, well drained
  • 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil

    In food processor, blend cottage cheese until very smooth. Add pimentos and blend until smooth.

    Add the sour cream and basil.

    Blend until just mixed.
