Pimiento Cheese Spread

- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 jar diced pimiento
- dash of Texas Pete hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Directions

1Melt cheese in milk over low heat (I melt mine in my microwave).

2Don't allow it to overheat, or your milk will curdle. Remove from heat and add Texas Pete, vinegar, Worcestershire and pimiento.

3Stir well and pour into a covered container.

4May store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
