Pimiento Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 jar diced pimiento
  • dash of Texas Pete hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire

Directions

    Melt cheese in milk over low heat (I melt mine in my microwave).

    Don't allow it to overheat, or your milk will curdle. Remove from heat and add Texas Pete, vinegar, Worcestershire and pimiento.

    Stir well and pour into a covered container.

    May store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
