- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla or coconut cream instant pudding mix
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Blend all ingredients (except coconut) in large bowl.

2Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.

3Stir in coconut.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in two 9-inch cake pans, greased and floured.
