  • 1/3 c. dark rum (use only 80 proof)
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla or coconut cream instant pudding mix
  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    Blend all ingredients (except coconut) in large bowl.

    Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.

    Stir in coconut.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in two 9-inch cake pans, greased and floured.
