  • 1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 pony (1 ounce) well stirred canned cream of coconut
  • Garnish: 1 maraschino cherry and 1 pineapple spear

    In a blender, blend rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and 1 cup ice cubes until the drink is smooth.
