- 1/4 lb pork (thinly sliced)
- 2 piece tomatoes (large)
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 clove garlic, crushed or chopped
- 4 tbsp shrimp paste
- 1 cup shrimps
- 1/4 medium squash / pumpkin (cubed)
- 1 bunch string beans (cut into 3 inch pieces)
- 1 medium eggplant, sliced
- 6 piece okra
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- tsp salt
- pinch pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in a big pan

2Saute garlic, onion, ginger, and tomatoes.

3Add pork and cook until brownish

4Put in shrimp paste and the shrimp.

5Cook for 2 minutes

6Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender.

7Add a dash of salt and pepper.

8Add the squash.

9After 5-7 minutes, add the eggplant.

10Add the remaining vegetables.

11Season with a bit of salt.

12Do not overcook.

13Serve with steamed rice.
