  • 1/4 lb pork (thinly sliced)
  • 2 piece tomatoes (large)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 clove garlic, crushed or chopped
  • 4 tbsp shrimp paste
  • 1 cup shrimps
  • 1/4 medium squash / pumpkin (cubed)
  • 1 bunch string beans (cut into 3 inch pieces)
  • 1 medium eggplant, sliced
  • 6 piece okra
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • tsp salt
  • pinch pepper

Directions

    Heat oil in a big pan

    Saute garlic, onion, ginger, and tomatoes.

    Add pork and cook until brownish
  4. 4
    Put in shrimp paste and the shrimp.

    Cook for 2 minutes

    Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pork is tender.

    Add a dash of salt and pepper.

    Add the squash.

    After 5-7 minutes, add the eggplant.

    Add the remaining vegetables.

    Season with a bit of salt.

    Do not overcook.
