- 1 roll Brie cheese
- 1 egg, scrambled lightly
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 oz. pine nuts
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Dip Brie in scrambled egg, then in bread crumbs.

2Saute Brie in olive oil until golden brown.

3Place on serving plate.

4Remove oil from pan.

5Wipe out pan with paper towel.

6Place pine nuts in pan.

7Cook pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown.

8Pour pine nuts over Brie and serve with crackers on French bread.
