  • 1 (40 g) packetorange instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream, whipped
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 coconut macaroons, crushed
  • Cointreau liqueur or Grand Marnier

Directions

    Empty contents of packet into a large bowl, whisk in the milk and set aside for a few momonets to partially set.

    Stir cream, macaroons & pineapple through along with a little liqueur.

    Chill until ready to serve.

    ( For Che-Berry flavour, use strawberry pudding, strawberries and crushed meringue with cherry Heering or Cherry Brandy liqueur).
