Pineapple-Bacon Pastries

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen patty shell, thawed (6 shells)
  • 6 slices Canadian bacon, cut 1/4-inch thick
  • Dijon-style mustard
  • 6 canned pineapple slices
  • 6 slices American or Swiss cheese

Directions

    On floured surface, roll each thawed patty shell to a 9-inch circle.

    Spread bacon lightly with mustard.

    Top each circle with 1 bacon slice and 1 pineapple slice.

    Halve cheese slices; crisscross atop pineapple.

    Moisten edges of each patty shell. Fold two opposite sides to center, overlapping slightly.

    Then fold other 2 sides to center, pinching edges to seal.

    Prick or slit tops.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake in 400° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
