  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 12 to 16 Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add Cheddar cheese; mix well.

    Add pineapple chunks and toss.

    Place in casserole dish. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.

    Melt butter and pour over.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
