  • 4 1/2 ounces mushrooms drained
  • 1 large onions chopped
  • 1 large green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
  • 1 each garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
