  • 1 1/2 c. high fiber bran cereal buds
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. canned pineapple, crushed
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 egg

Directions

    In bowl, pour milk over bran cereal buds.

    In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

    Add pineapple, oil and egg to cereal; mix well.

    Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.

    Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

    Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
