- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. high fiber bran cereal buds
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. canned pineapple, crushed
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1In bowl, pour milk over bran cereal buds.

2In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

3Add pineapple, oil and egg to cereal; mix well.

4Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.

5Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

6Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
