Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 each eggs lightly beaten
- 13 cup milk
- 13 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup pineapple crushed, drained
- 1 cup dates chopped
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
Directions

1Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2In another bowl, combine egg, milk, butter, pineapple, dates and nuts with a wooden spoon.

3Stir fruit mixture into dry ingredients until moistened.

4Pour into well-greased and floured bread 'n cake pan, cover.

5Place in slow cooker.

6Cover and bake on High 3 to 4 hours or until tested done with a wooden pick.

7Remove pan and uncover.

8Let stand for 5 minutes.

9Unmold on cake rack.

10To store, wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate.

11Recipe suitable for 3 1/2 or 5 quart slow cooker.
