- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream margarine; add sugar beating well.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

3Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture.

4Alternate with pineapple, mixing well.

5Add vanilla.

6Put mixture into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes to 1 hour.

7Cool loaf 10 minutes in pan.

8Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
