Pineapple Bread(No Sugar)

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple (packed in unsweetened juice), do not drain
  • 1 to 2 c. raisins

Directions

    Sift flour, soda and salt.

    Combine egg, oil and vanilla.

    Add to dry ingredients along with pineapple, stirring just until ingredients are moistened.

    Fold in raisins.

    Spread evenly in greased pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

    For easier slicing, store overnight in refrigerator before serving. Recipes makes 34 (1/4-inch) slices.
