Pineapple Bread(No Sugar)

- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (packed in unsweetened juice), do not drain
- 1 to 2 c. raisins
Directions

1Sift flour, soda and salt.

2Combine egg, oil and vanilla.

3Add to dry ingredients along with pineapple, stirring just until ingredients are moistened.

4Fold in raisins.

5Spread evenly in greased pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

6For easier slicing, store overnight in refrigerator before serving. Recipes makes 34 (1/4-inch) slices.
