  • 1/2 c. butter (best made with real butter)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (large)
  • 4 c. soft bread cubes, with crust removed

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and salt.

    Add eggs (no need to beat first), milk, canned pineapple, then bread cubes.

    Blend together. Put in casserole dish.

    Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes until top is brown.
