- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 c. peeled raw butternut squash, shredded
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. Drain pineapple; reserve and pour juice into a small saucepan. Add raisins to juice and heat to boiling. Let sit until raisins have plumped up and cooled.
