- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 1 can coconut
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring and graham cracker crumbs, mixing well.

3Stir in pineapple, coconut and nuts.

4Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

5Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

6Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
