- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 c. walnut pieces
- 2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar by hand.

2Add flour and soda to mixture. Add crushed pineapple and beat well.

3Add nuts and beat well again.

4Bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan 40 to 45 minutes.

5Bake at 350°.

6Cool and refrigerate.

7Powdered sugar frosting may be used when the cake is cool.
