  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1/2 can coconut

Directions

    Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and water; mix well.

    Bake in 2 layers in 9-inch pans at 350° for 28 to 30 minutes.
