- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Cream margarine, sugar and eggs well.

2Combine all the dry ingredients.

3Add this mixture to the creamed mixture, alternately with the reserved pineapple juice.

4Mix well.

5Fold in pineapple. Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 13-inch pan.
