- pineapple, crushed
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Drain pineapple; save juice.

2Mix cake mix as directed on box except use pineapple juice instead of water.

3Melt butter in bottom of pan.

4Add half of brown sugar.

5Sprinkle over melted butter.

6Sprinkle pineapple over brown sugar, then pour cake batter over the top.

7Bake as the cake mix box directs.

8Flip the cake over onto cake plate as soon as it's out of the oven.
