  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans

    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Frost cake with the following frosting.
