  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled (use 1 wrapped tube)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole. Place pineapple in a casserole dish.

    Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Cover with cracker crumbs.

    Pour melted butter over the crumbs and bake for 30 minutes.
