  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 Ritz crackers, reduced fat
  • 1/4 c. sugar substitute
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. light margarine

Directions

    Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour. Crush crackers on top. Melt margarine and pour on crackers. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. The entire recipe has 13 Weight Watcher points.
