- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.

2Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved pineapple juice.

3Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.

4Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.

5Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, stirring well; sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
