Pineapple Casserole

- 6 slices fresh bread
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Beat eggs and add to first mixture. Stir in pineapple and juice.

3Fold in bread and a pinch of salt. Bake in a greased casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Serve hot. This is excellent with a ham dinner.
