  • 8 slices bread (king size)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Cube bread slices and mix with sugar and butter.

    Set aside. Mix eggs, drained pineapple and milk together.

    Combine with bread mixture.

    Pour into casserole dish and bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
