  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained and 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice reserved
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 8 Tbsp. butter, melted

    Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a medium size casserole dish with nonstick coating. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and flour. Gradually stir in cheese. Add the drained pineapple chunks. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Pour into the prepared casserole dish.
