  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 box (1 stack) Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Place drained pineapple in casserole dish.

    Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle on top of pineapple.

    Add grated cheese followed by crushed crackers.

    Pour melted margarine on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.

    Serve warm.
