Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 large cans pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 2 sticks margarine

Directions

    Drain pineapple. Place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Mix sugar, flour and cheese together and spread over pineapple.

    Crush crackers and sprinkle over top of cheese mixture.

    Pour melted margarine over the top of the crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
