- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Grease an 8-inch square glass dish.

2Mix together flour, sugar and grated cheese.

3Place drained pineapple chunks into casserole dish.

4Pour flour mixture over top of pineapple. Add crushed crackers on top and pour melted butter over top of crackers.

5Cook at 325° for 30 minutes or until crackers are lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6.
