  • 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 or 12 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 4 slices bread, cubed

Directions

    Add pineapple and juice to bread cubes in 2 quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
