  • 6 slices white bread
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar (scant)
  • 1 handful flour
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Directions

    Melt margarine; mix with eggs and pineapple.

    Add sugar and flour.

    Tear bread up; press into mixture.

    Bake in casserole dish at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
