- 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. freshly grated cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Directions

1Place pineapple in a well-greased rectangular glass pan.

2Mix flour, sugar and cheese in a separate bowl.

3Sprinkle mixture on top of pineapple.

4Crumble Ritz crackers on top of everything. Pour melted butter on top of that.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
