Pineapple Casserole

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp New York cheese
  • 1 stack or roll Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions

    Place pineapple in bottom of casserole.

    Mix sugar, flour and grated cheese.

    Pour over pineapple.
  4. 4
    Crumble stack of Ritz crackers over mixture.
  5. 5
    Melt butter and dribble over mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
