Pineapple Casserole

  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 slices bread, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Combine pineapple and eggs.

    Mix together sugar, flour and salt.

    Add mixture to pineapple.

    Pour into buttered casserole dish.

    Toss bread cubes into melted margarine.

    Place cubes on top of pineapple mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Good side dish for ham or pork chops.
