Pineapple Casserole

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple, crushed and unsweetened
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Beat sugar, flour and eggs with a spoon.

    Add pineapple with juice.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Stir bread cubes in melted margarine.

    Spread on top of casserole.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Can be used as a side dish or dessert.

    Excellent with ham!
