- 1 1/2 cans chunk pineapple
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Drain pineapple and save juice.

2Mix flour and sugar.

3Add juice gradually.

4Place alternate layers of pineapple chunks and cheese in baking dish (1 1/2 to 1 3/4-quart dish).

5Cover with juice mixture.

6Bake 1 hour at 325°.
