  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Drain pineapple well and reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine juice, sugar and flour. Add cheese and pineapple. In small bowl, combine melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Pour in pineapple mixture and top with Ritz mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
