- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.

2Combine sugar and flour.

3Stir in the reserved pineapple juice.

4Add cheese and pineapple chunks.

5Mix well.

6Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole.

7Combine butter with cracker crumbs.

8Sprinkle on top of mixture.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
