Pineapple Casserole

  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple (20 Oz. Can)
  • 6 slices Cubed White Bread (other Breads Work Well, Too)

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar. Beat in 4 eggs. Add the whole can of pineapple, juice and all. Stir in bread cubes.

    Bake in a greased casserole dish in a 350F oven for 1 hour.

    This is a completely original recipe by my grandmother. It was developed at Long Hill Chapel because they always had leftover communion cubes. I've always enjoyed this dish with a Christmas ham!
